The Windfields Project is a showcase of elevated outdoor living, combining innovation, craftsmanship, and resort-style luxury. This 16' x 34' custom-built pool features a spacious sun ledge, full-width stairs, two LED-lit waterfalls, a swim-up bar, and a sunken fire pit—all thoughtfully designed to create a seamless flow between relaxation, entertainment, and architectural beauty.
Awarded Gold by the Pool & Hot Tub Council of Canada in 2024, this design reflects our commitment to pushing boundaries and delivering one-of-a-kind results tailored to each client’s vision.
The project was also proudly featured in the 2025 Permacon Product Catalogue, highlighting its clean architectural lines, integrated hardscaping, and timeless aesthetic.

Arbour
Silver Winner – Pool & Hot Tub Council of Canada (2022)
Overlooking the serene waters of Kempenfelt Bay, the Arbour Project is a refined example of small-scale luxury done right. Installed in the footprint of the home's former driveway, this 16' x 22' custom concrete pool reimagines previously unused space into a private backyard retreat.
The pool is finished in elegant grey stone, carefully chosen to match the home's exterior and window accents, creating a cohesive and timeless aesthetic. Though compact in size, the design maximizes both function and beauty, offering peaceful views, clean lines, and a natural flow between home and landscape.
Recognized with a Silver Award from the Pool & Hot Tub Council of Canada in 2022, the Arbour Project proves that with thoughtful planning and craftsmanship, even the most unexpected spaces can become a showpiece.

Commonwealth
Bronze Winner – Pool & Hot Tub Council of Canada (2022)
The Commonwealth Project is the epitome of grand outdoor living—an expansive 18' x 38' L-shaped pool designed for both elegance and function.
This award-winning build features a tanning ledge, full-width end steps, and a custom-built 3-tier natural stone waterfall that serves as both a visual centerpiece and a tranquil escape. Framed in natural stone coping, the pool seamlessly blends into the landscape while enhancing the property’s architectural charm.
Every element was tailored to reflect a resort-inspired aesthetic, combining spacious swim zones with handcrafted finishes.

What goes up must come down!
Believe it or not, this uniquely shaped semi-above ground octagon pool had been installed in-ground and in use for over 17 years before our team stepped in to give it new life. Nestled among towering mature trees, the space was full of character—but it was time for a modern update.
Our client envisioned a sleek, refreshed backyard with improved functionality and aesthetics. One of the original 8-foot steel wall panels was removed and replaced with a brand-new 8-foot fiberglass step, eliminating the need for a ladder and enhancing accessibility. We carefully peeled back the existing liner to complete the step installation with precision, preserving the pool’s structure.The surrounding wood deck was removed and replaced with a grey blend paver patio, finished with elegant light grey bullnose coping for a clean, contemporary look.
This transformation not only rejuvenated the backyard but also earned Bronze at the Pool & Hot Tub Council of Canada’s 2022 Awards in the Renovation category.
